InSynergy Engineering helped to design a new 30,000 sf building to accommodate Army Reserve Training Center in American Samoa. The program for this facility supports the following operations: weapons simulator, training, administrative functions, vehicle maintenance and washrack, gear storage, weapons storage, physical fitness and training rooms, assembly hall, kitchen and classrooms. The mechanical design work included air conditioning, plumbing, compressed air, vehicle fueling, fuel storage, liquid petroleum gas storage and distribution, oil water separator, and ventilation. Electrical systems designed included exterior and interior power distribution, CATV, provision for future CCTV, and provision for emergency generator hook-up. Fire protection systems included a fire sprinkler system and fire alarm system.

The Army Reserve Training Center was also designed to serve as an emergency operations center in the event of an island wide natural disaster.
