Back to CommercialWe provided mechanical and electrical construction observation. Our scope of work included the review of substitution request during bidding, review of shop drawing and equipment submittals, and a total of six site visits for construction observation and final punch list.
Additionally, we revised the parking area lighting layout and added additional building mounted lighting; relocated the sewer line to the outside of the building and eliminated the sewer line on the upper portion of the loft spaces 1 through 17; provided additional hose bibs around the building; provided additional water lines to the fountains; and revised the design of the public toilets which have been relocated to the inside of the building.
