Worked as the electrical engineering subconsultant to the architectural firm, AM Partners, Inc. for the preparation of planning documentation to improve all the family housing units in the Pearl Harbor area. (Also, received an excellent rating.)


1998

Chief of Engineers Design and Environmental Awards Program – Merit Award for the Chiller Plant Modernization at Tripler Army Medical Center, Honolulu, Hawaii. Provided project management, mechanical and electrical engineering for 2 new 600 ton and 2 new 900 ton engineering   for design of a new chilled water air conditioning plant and energy   management system for the Outrigger West Hotel.

 

Departmentof the Navy, Naval Facilities Engineering Command Certificate of Appreciation for the RFP for the Fitness Center Addition, MCB Kaneohe. Worked as the mechanical and fire protection engineering subconsultant to the architect, Myles Shimabukuro, Inc. for the concept design and preparation of a RFP for a new 15,000 sf fitness center addition.

 

Honolulu Chapter/American Institute of Architects Award of Excellence - McKinley High School Building A, Honolulu, Hawaii. Provided mechanical, electrical and fire protection engineering as a subconsultant to the architect, Peter Hsi Associates, Inc., for the complete renovation of the main administrative building, which included a 1000 seat auditorium and 8 classrooms.

 

Hawaii Chapter of Associated Builders and Contractors Excellence in Construction Awards – “Government Award” and “Judges Grand Award” for Boathouse Replacement, United States Coast Guard Station, Honolulu, Hawaii. Provided mechanical and electrical engineering as a subconsultant to SSFM Engineers International, Inc.
